By accessing, registering on, or using the ddbet platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. ddbet reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ddbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the ddbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ddbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ddbet's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ddbet account within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• ddbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• ddbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

ddbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not used within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse prevention: ddbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be closed.

ddbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the platform or by email.

All games available on the ddbet platform — including live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sicbo), slot games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ddbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. ddbet's decision in such matters is final.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body of that sport (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIBA). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, ddbet reserves the right to void bets pending official confirmation of the result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ddbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ddbet platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ddbet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the ddbet platform — including but not limited to the ddbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ddbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ddbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ddbet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ddbet content.
• Use the ddbet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ddbet platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ddbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ddbet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond ddbet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the ddbet platform.

ddbet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ddbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ddbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ddbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the ddbet Privacy Policy. By registering on the ddbet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ddbet collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. ddbet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ddbet support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned following the completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by other means.
